WireNet is an independent AI practice in Berlin.

I work with experts, creatives and institutions that want to use coding agents and other advanced AI tools in serious work—without giving up judgment, accountability or control.

What WireNet does

WireNet turns new technical capabilities into working methods. That can mean helping a team understand where coding agents are useful, building a bounded prototype, setting up evaluation and monitoring, or documenting what was learned so that others can use it.

The work begins with a real task rather than a generic AI strategy. The aim is not to introduce more software. It is to improve how people research, make, decide and collaborate—and to make the limits of the system visible.

Who it is for

The practice is for people whose work depends on subject knowledge: researchers, writers, editors, designers, analysts, independent experts and teams inside institutions. Many of them can benefit from coding agents without becoming software developers.

WireNet also brings different fields into the same conversation. Technical knowledge matters, but so do editorial judgment, professional standards, institutional experience and an understanding of the people affected by a deployment.

Discover, Make, Wire

  1. Discover. Understand the work before choosing the tool. This includes the people involved, the available evidence, the risks and the decision that needs to improve.
  2. Make. Build something concrete enough to examine: a workflow, a prototype, a guide, an evaluation set or a working deployment.
  3. Wire. Connect the system to the context, permissions, review and professional knowledge it needs. Connect the people around it as well.

Independent and founder-led

WireNet was founded and is led by Florian Gitt. I remain directly responsible for each engagement and bring in other experts only when a defined contribution improves the work. Contributors are named on the projects and publications they actually shape.
